What this website stores

This is a static marketing website. As it currently stands:

• It sets no cookies.
• It loads no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics or trackers. Every font and asset is served from this origin.
• It stores one value in your browser's local storage — your light or dark theme preference, under the key dm-theme. It never leaves your device, and clearing your site data removes it.
• It collects no personal data, because it has no forms. There is nothing here to submit.

Your browser's requests for pages and assets reach whatever web server hosts this site, which may keep access logs; what those logs contain and how long they are kept is part of the policy below, which is still to be supplied.

The privacy policy

Pending approved content. The data controller's identity, the lawful basis for processing, retention periods, and any processors deMeadville uses have not been supplied. None is stated here: a privacy policy makes legal commitments, and inventing one on a client's behalf would commit them to something they have not agreed.

The subscriber panel

Pending approved content. Creating an account and signing in happen in the deMeadville panel, which is a separate application on its own host. What it collects, and under which policy, is outside this website and is still to be documented.

Your rights

Pending approved content. Access, correction, erasure, portability and objection, together with the address to exercise them at and the supervisory authority to complain to, depend on deMeadville's jurisdiction, which has not yet been confirmed.
